10 wonderful days of adventure, friends, a chopsticks crash-course, and welcoming 2017 in with style. Mt. Fuji, unexpected singing solos, paddling in the Pacific Ocean and so much more that cannot even be put into words.
I love the sense of expectation and hopefulness in this month – a sense of expectation with which days on the calendar are slowly crossed off and doors of advent calendars are opened.
Another term closer to finishing my degree. What a term it has been!

Yesterday my job at Pembroke College came to an end and I said goodbye to some very special people, who are owed some thank yous. Thankfully, the goodbyes we said yesterday are goodbyes for now, and not goodbyes forever. ^.^
