As is, here and now and always. This is a come as you are system.” The girl (who had just gotten arrested for drunk and disorderly) smiled, blushed, and dipped her head like a swan.
May God bless you with a restless discomfort about easy answers, half-truths, and superficial relationships, so that you may boldly apply the truth of Christ and love as he loved.
A re-write of 2 Corinthians 4.
Hoping that I might one day find myself at a point where my life is reflective of the truth that God is my only need. That day will be as the arrival of spring.
