Michaelmas Term 2017

This has been my last ever Michaelmas Term at Cambridge.

I have been blessed by kind friends and new friends (mostly of the MML variety). Friends who are happy to share in the day and in the week, who buy yellow flowers, and new kettles, and amazing christmas jumpers and European hair bobbles, and leave notes on pillows and in books.

I have been blessed in learning a little more about what it is to live at a human pace, and what it is to rest well. I have been blessed by answers to prayer and peace about next year. No matter where I am, the calling for my life is secure, for it is simply to love God and to love others.

Here’s a little photo compilation of the past couple of months.

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Matthew 22:36-40
